We wanted to Provide you with a 7 Day Intermediate Workout Plan to get you started on your Goals! This workout plan can be done AT HOME or At the Gym, It's YOUR choice! We wanted you to feel as comfortable as can be! 

What To Expect: This Workout plan will provide you with everything Amber has done to achieve her body goals when it comes to working out! This is Intermediate level but don't worry there are some rest days! Core, Lower Body and Upper Body is included, this is a FULL workout plan.
